American Lion Trans. Bus Travel Agency offers a bus trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on The Vegas Bus. The bus leaves from the American Lion Trans. Bus Travel Agency terminal in downtown L.A. on Maple Avenue and makes two stops in Las Vegas, first at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino and then at the bus terminal at 2055 N. Las Vegas Blvd. As of August 2010, the price for an individual one-way ticket was about $30.

Greyhound Lines

Standard fare on Greyhound as of August 2010 was $55 for a one-way ticket, with a cheaper fare of $42 available with online purchase. A refundable ticket was also available for $63.
