Calle Ocho is an upscale, contemporary Cuban and Latino restaurant located in Manhattan's Upper West Side. The building is decked out with glazed terra cotta and vibrant colors with a touch of tropical decor, creating the feel of a sophisticated Caribbean cafe. The menu includes such Cuban classics as "Vaca Frita" (fried flank steak with onions and spices) and pork platters. Cuba Restaurant is in Manhattan's West Village. In addition to an authentic Cuban menu, this venue provides live salsa music and Cuban bands on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The dining area has a romantic air with dim lighting and an upscale, slightly tropical decor. Menu specialties include stuffed potatoes, black bean soup, paellas, plantain-encrusted snapper, roasted pork with yucca as well as the ceviche of the day. My Cuban Rose

My Cuban Rose is an authentic, family-owned Cuban restaurant in Kenilworth, just west of Newark.
