Dollywood Amusement Park

Dollywood amusement park, located in Pigeon Forge, is a family-friendly amusement and water park owned by country music icon and Tennessee native Dolly Parton. The park, which features attractions such as roller coasters, live musical entertainment with occasional performances by Dolly herself, and an adjoining water park complete with 23 water rides, is open to people of all ages. The park also offers displays by area artists and a number of dining options that range between a 1950s-themed cafe to ice cream booths and hot dog stands. As of 2010, the cost of admission to Dollywood was $55.90 for visitors age 12 and over and $44.70 for children ages 4 through 11. Guests under age 4 are admitted free with a paid adult admission.

The Track

The Track Family Recreation Center is a multifaceted attraction located in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge, just off the city's main parkway. The Track offers a variety of family-friendly attractions that are geared toward kids, such as go-cart racing that is designed to be safe for drivers ages 4 and over, an indoor video game arcade, bumper boats and a hillbilly-themed mini-golf course. The Track also has an on-site bungee jump attraction that is suitable for kids under the age of 18 as long as they have parental consent. As of 2010, the average cost of admission to The Track was $30 for an all-access, full-day pass.

Magic Beyond Belief

Magic Beyond Belief is a family-oriented nightly magic show. The show features performances by magicians who perform tricks with magic swords, make their assistants seem to disappear into thin air, and hypnotize live lions and tigers into performing astonishing acts. Audience members are frequently pulled up on the stage to lend a helping hand during the performance. While the illusions are mysterious, they are not designed to be scary and are appropriate for most ages. As of 2010, the cost of admission to Magic Beyond Belief was $22.95 for adults age 12 and over and $9.98 for guests under age 12.
